2026 Sun Life Tomorrow’s Leader Award Finalist

Based in Vancouver, Canada, Allison joined lululemon in 2019 as Employment Legal Counsel after leaving private practice at a Toronto labour and employment boutique.

Allison was promoted to Senior Legal Counsel with lululemon in September 2022, and to Director, Legal in March 2025. She currently leads the global dispute resolution function and advises and supports lululemon’s teams on litigation, employment and complex workplace investigations. Allison oversees a legal team of seven legal professionals and closely partners with executives and the in-house legal team at lululemon to provide counseling and advice globally.
