Andrea Campbell serves as Chief Legal Officer at the GTAA, where she oversees the organization’s legal, compliance, & privacy functions. She advises executive leadership & the board on strategic legal matters that support the GTAA’s operational priorities & growth objectives. Over the past six years, she has shaped legal strategy, operations & commercial development at the GTAA in her roles as Legal Counsel & Assistant General Counsel.

Andrea is a recognized leader at Toronto Pearson. She spearheaded the development of The Pearson Standard –an initiative that has become a cornerstone of accountability & operational excellence across the organization. A champion of mentorship, Andrea established the GTAA’s law student program to develop future legal leaders in the aviation sector. In her current role, she is building a high performing legal function with a focus on legal operations to support the organization.   

Before joining GTAA, she built her legal foundation in commercial real estate law at Loopstra Nixon LLP & Rigobon, Carli. She later joined Chicago Title Insurance Company, where she led the underwriting team for Ontario & Western Canada & supported national business development initiatives.

Andrea earned her Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School & holds a Double Honours Degree in Political Science & Geography from Wilfrid Laurier University.
