Corinne is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for Cadillac Fairview, one of the largest owners, operators and developers of best-in-class office, retail, multi-family, industrial and mixed-use properties in Canada. Corinne oversees a large national team responsible for legal services across the company, including corporate governance, investments, leasing, development, insurance and property operations. Prior to joining Cadillac Fairview, Corinne was the Chief Legal Officer at Great Gulf, an owner and developer of residential and commercial real estate in Canada and the U.S., and before that, the General Counsel at CAPREIT, a publicly-listed REIT, where she had legal and governance leadership responsibility for Canadian operations and, through CAPREIT's sponsored Dutch and Irish-based REITs, European operations.
Prior to CAPREIT, Corinne was a Partner in the real estate group at Stikeman Elliott LLP, which she joined after practicing at major law firms in New York for 7 years. Corinne is a strong advocate for the advancement of women, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Women General Counsel Canada and a member of the Board and Audit Committee of the Distress Centres of Greater Toronto.
