Debra Finlay is a senior partner at McCarthy Tétrault LLP in the Business Law Group in Vancouver.
Her practice focuses on private company mergers and acquisitions and corporate commercial law. Debra works with domestic, international, public and private sector clients.
Debra is an active member of the community and currently sits on the Board of Governors of the BC Business Council, the Trustmark Oversight Board of The Digital Identification and Authentication Council of Canada and the board of Ocean Wise.
