Jennifer Manning is Director and Senior Counsel, Legal Affairs at BCI, one of Canada's largest institutional investors, where she leads complex infrastructure transactions within BCI's Infrastructure & Renewable Resources program. Her practice encompasses complex cross-border M&A, from acquisitions and regulatory approvals to governance structuring across the full investment lifecycle.

Jennifer serves as a director of Corix, a district energy company, and of BBGI, a social infrastructure investment company, where she sits on the Audit and HR committees.

Previously, Jennifer was General Counsel at NRStor Inc., a Canadian cleantech developer and energy storage company, and before that practised law at Torys LLP.

Jennifer holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She earned her JD from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario.
