Julia Dmitrijeva is Director & Legal Counsel, Investments at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), where she advises on complex, high-value global transactions across asset classes. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2016, she previously practiced at Stikeman Elliott LLP and holds a JD/MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business.

Since joining OTPP in 2023, Julia has played a central role in several landmark transactions, including the sale of major UK airport assets, the acquisition of Donte Group in Spain, and the partial sale of BroadStreet Partners. She serves on OTPP’s Private Equity Underwriting Committee.

Julia is an active contributor to both organizational culture and the broader legal community, including as a Steering Committee member of the Cambridge Forum on U.S. Private Equity M&A.
