Kristin Taylor serves as Managing Partner at Cassels, Brock & Blackwell LLP where she is responsible for the firm’s leadership, including establishing direction, building consensus, and gaining commitment, ensuring execution of the firm’s strategic plan, and promoting the vision of the firm. That vision includes the recruitment of exceptional talent and fostering an inclusive work environment to deliver excellent results for the firm’s clients.

A recognized leader in her field, Kristin also serves as a lead partner in the firm’s Employment & Labour Group where she provides practical and strategic advice to employers on a wide range of employment matters – from hiring, discipline, and termination to privacy, compliance, and human rights issues.

During her years with Cassels, Kristin has been instrumental in launching the firm’s Inclusion & Diversity Committee and was honoured with a Lexpert Zenith Award for Diversity & Inclusion for her work in this area. She continues to lead the firm forward with compassion, ensuring equity and opportunity are at the forefront of every decision made.
