Leonard (Len) Lee is a partner in the Real Estate practice group at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP.

He brings over 20 years of experience in real estate and land development, having worked with various corporations and law firms throughout the GTA. His deep expertise includes the acquisition and sale of industrial, retail, and vacant properties, commercial leasing, as well as acting as both borrower and lender counsel in significant real estate lending transactions. 

Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce, Len served as General Counsel with a real estate developer focused on purpose-built rental developments in the GTA where he led the legal strategy on a wide range of matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and construction agreements. He also worked for over 10 years as Legal Counsel for Orlando Corporation, Canada’s largest privately-owned industrial real estate developer, and landlord.

His leadership in advising senior executives and negotiating complex agreements has made him a trusted and accomplished advisor in the real estate sector.

Among his many outside interests, Len is a Director of the Foundation Board at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences based in Whitby, Ontario and former member of the Board of the Canadian International Air Show.
