Luke Pangman most recently served as General Counsel & SVP, Transactions at Cordelio Power LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of CPP Investments, playing a key role in scaling the business to over 2.4 GW of operating and in-construction assets and a 20+ GW development pipeline.

As part of the founding executive team, he helped lead the company’s growth from inception in 2019 through its sale to Pattern Energy. Previously, Luke held roles at Lithium Americas, Alterra Power, and Blake Cassels & Graydon.
