The WGCC Hall of Distinction and Vanguard Award sponsored by ZSA honours trailblazing women being recognized as leaders whose vision, integrity, and impact have helped shape the GC profession in Canada. These honorees exemplify the values this award stands for. Established and led the WGCC as its Founding Directors and Presidents since its incorporation in 2016. In years to come, the Vanguard Award will be awarded to a WGCC member who makes significant contributions to the GC profession and their peers, based on specific criteria that will be announced alongside upcoming call for 2026 nominations. Every year, the Vanguard Award recipient will be added to the WGCC Hall of Distinction.
